From restorative treatments to premium extensions, every appointment is designed to help you leave feeling confident, cared for, and effortlessly beautiful. STUDIO POLICIES To preserve a peaceful and relaxing experience, only clients with confirmed appointments are permitted. A 15-minute grace period is provided for parking and arrival. Guests arriving beyond 15 minutes will require rescheduling. No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and will forfeit their deposit. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Consultation deposits are nonrefundable within 24 hours, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so we may review and address them accordingly. Refunds are not provided on services rendered. PAYMENT METHODS For your convenience, we accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and Zelle.
